I like your photo Mark, here is mine. It includes the Hiatt Tower pattern which is definitely different from the US pattern.

Well done on identifying the cuffs, agree on everything except for ‘O’ which I think is a Sirchie Finger Print cuff (or possibly Guardian Handcuff Co).

In 1919 a patent was granted to SMCo It is shown in Alex Nichols book page 344 and is attached with kind permission from Alex.

Looks like they have just reappeared on eBay. Seems the seller has made quite a few sales! Let me know if I can help as I am in the UK.
