Guys Chrome plating was not invented until 1924. Prior to that there was nickel plating and that's what we see on older cuffs. Matt

A 1944 H&R catalog lists the Model 123 (handcuffs), Model 126 (chain nippers),  Model 127 (leg irons), and Model 128 (stamped metal handcuffs). Matt
