I didn’t chose black for the same reason too.  They look great but in use rust happens.

Anyone have a set of the S&W 90 3 way cuffs pictured above?  Willing to part with them?

Could be an over all employee number for everyone that works for the employer.  Such as a state agency or federal one could create a high number like that.

Yes correct they do lock and secure the vest to the prisoner.  A handcuff key is needed to open them.  Very similar if not the same as Grip restraints.
