Hello, Some Hiatts cuffs have theirs serials removed (grinded) before they can be sold to non-official customers. Sad but it's the law.

Does anyone know the difference between Yuil "standard" and "silicone lined" handcuff keys? For ASP restricted, I have saw standard keys and it works perfectly. For Yuil, not tested.

This is the promised picture. Some models from 1990-1994, 2000 and post-2000 era. The bows sound similar, the plate reinforcing is more marked, and the swivels have changed to a conical shape.
