Hello I have a set of 1980 Smith & Wesson handcuffs that have W H prefix stamped into them. Any idea what that means??

Thank you for your response. I actually found the dates of manufacture based upon what the cuffs look like, place of manufacture, and when Peerless had Smith & Wesson make handcuffs for them.
