I am a new member. Last week I purchased a set of handcuffs. They are in very good condition but it seems someone has welded them closed. What are your thoughts on this.

Maybe the key is worn out. It doesn't screw in , you can just push it all the way in. When released it pops back up. I'm also looking for a ballpark value…
