Handcuff King Breaker A Rankin handcuff from the Wresch Collection that has been modified to take a different key. The author who made up the bs story in the description is unknown.

Here is a Tower Bottom key Leg Iron that has two different keyholes as Ian described. One is offset and one is centered.  I don't have the original key for them.
