Palmer #4

Would like to find the value of a pair of Palmer #4 handcuff;

There are a couple of questions that need answered before any of us can put a dollar value on these handcuffs. What condition are these cuffs in? Do you have an original working key with them? Do you have photos you can share with us?....that would help out a lot. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Do not have key, Are in good working order, Most of the plateing is gone. I use the computer at the Army library and can't send photos. If you can respond to my E-mail and give mail info I can send photos to you.
