HMC Thumbcuffs? (Blooper)

Zero thumbs up for these thumbcuffs that should have been stamped ‘HWC’.

Fortunately I have an older pair – when they still were correctly marked and pretty well made for modern thumbcuffs.

I emailed the seller and asked for a clarification. then I took a closer look at the picture and the spelling of "LOCK". Looks like the HMC is actually HWC due to the negative being upside down and backwards.

I’ve grown so accustom to the use of digital photography on the net, that the possibility of an upside-down/backwards negative never occurred to me.
