I am no expert on handcuff values, but if they are still working and not having more than light surface rust, I wouldnt be surprised if they fetched over $600 on E-Bay. Are the cuffs non-restored and is the key also original? As I recall, the inventor, Lilly, went mad and died in his own designed cuffs.
