William, the Hiatt model 1960 can be found on eBay quite often, in fact there are at least three sets on there right now; Lars has pointed out one of the three. The problem with obtaining these cuffs is location. I, too, am searching for the very same handcuffs, but every pair I have seen on eBay, as of late, is located in the UK or Germany and I don't want to deal with doing overseas orders. If you live in Europe, you should have no trouble getting a set of these for a reasonable cost, but if you are in the US, you may have to fight me for a them! LOL! Keep looking on eBay, there is bound to be a set that you can afford and has the right location and shipping cost to fit your need. Good luck with your search!
