Question for all of the experts out there. I have a set of handcuffs with the name "NAPED" stamped on them. I tried to do a quick web search to see what company that may be, but I dont find a manufacturer when I do that. Does anyone know what these cuffs are?? They appear to be of S&W style, and are chrome. I will post a picture if no one knows what the h*ll I am talking about. Thank you for your help!!
