Here is the picture Michel has of his handcuffs. They are clearly marked Towers? However, they appear to be the Union Hardware produced model. I don't know where the Foth Lock Company comes into play? Anyone else?

Foth made a Tower clone. There's a photo of a set, new in box, in the handcuff gallery on the main page. They did not have any stamping on the body like Michel's.

Foth did not just make a Tower clone. He worked for Union Hardware and made actual Tower cuffs. The company decided not to make them anymore so they sold the dies and other equipment to Foth and he continued to make them himself.

Michael's cuffs look identical to my Tower Double Lock "Union Hardware swivel model handcuffs" in this picture. They are factory stamped "Towers Double Lock" the same as Michael's except his are stamped upside-down in the same place as mine. I believe that these are both Tower handcuffs, not Foth due to the stamping on them. Although, as Joe has pointed out, both of these name brands of cuffs were created from the same dies so if it doesn't say "Foth" on it and does say Tower, then it is a Tower and the value has to be determined based on the Tower Double Lock value not on the Foth value.

I have seen Tower Double Lock handcuffs in good condition sell between $70.00-$205.00 US on eBay as of late. I would say that if they are in good shape and have a working key, they are probably worth about $120.00 US, give or take. If you are looking to sell them, watch what they are going for before you put them up for sale.....make sure you are selling when it is a seller's market and you can get top dollar for them instead of giving them away for far less than what they are worth, when nobody seems to want them. There was a run of high prices a few months ago when a prop house needed 10 pair for a movie, and price was no object.

I have a apir of Tower marked cuffs that also have an "F", exactly like the F on the Foth box, stamped on the edge of the cuff at the hinge. I think these were also made by FOTH.
