Winchester Handcuffs on Ebay, are they authentic??

Ebay has a first-time appearance of a pair of Winchester Handcuffs. I have asked about Winchester producing a handcuff line on the board before, and was informed by various restraint experts that there was no knowledge of Winchester ever entering the handcuff market. So my question is, are these for real or were they produced by a subsidiary of Winchester? Any knowledge about this is appreciated.

Hi:
This is actually the second time these cuffs are on ebay. I had a pair on ebay a few weeks ago. They are not made by Winchester, but use of the name is licensed to a US company that is having them made and marked in Taiwan. They are NIJ approved and are stainless steel. At the present time there are limited distribution channels. There is also a Leg iron.
