Need help idetifying cuff!

Hello all,

I'm brand new to handcuff collecting and only have a few basic cuffs right now, but was wondering if some ezpert here can help me identify a pair of darbies I saw recently. They look like a regular darby adjustable but are marked EICO 1842. Is this a legit cuff or is it one of the cheap copies? Thanks for all responses!
