Hi Jim,
take good pictures, write a clear description with a good title (incl. many key words) and put them on eBay - then you will see what they are worth. The price is subjected to fluctuations but in the past I have seen this model gone for between US$ 170 and 250 in good condition, fully working with key(s) and without box.
