Galls handcuffs?

Anybody know anything about these cuffs? I mean the ones from the Galls law enforcement catalog. I think they look alot like the Winchesters on ebay. Maybe same manufacturer?

Gall's has them made for them and quite possible the same people who supplied them to the guys who sold the Winchester stuff...

I once owned a pair of galls cuffs and i have to say they are not that great...the one cuff when i unlocked it with the key the locking mech would get stuck almost every time..so i would get a flathead screwdriver and twist it between the cheeks to fix it and they finally snapped apart.
