Fake peerless hinged?

Ebay auction 7755103080 shows some cuffs from germany purporting to be peerless hinged cuffs. That said, despite some high resolution photos I don't see a single makers mark. The hinge design looks similar to peerless 801's but I'm not aware of any unmarked peerless hinged cuffs. Are these as I suspect fakes, and if so, anyone know who made them?

I think it was a mistake, in the Title he calls them FETTERS, which I'm no cuff expert but I think that’s correct, they are Fetters. I've heard that name and seen other called that. He might have meant to say peerless type, or like peerless. But the pictures tell the story, crude, and cheap.

They're simply cheap Taiwan/Japanese 'Peerless' clones (from the looks of them).

The seller should have stated "Peerless-TYPE" handcuffs.

Because "Peerless" was the first handcuff based on the "swinging-bow" principle...practically any modern handcuff can be technically classified as a "Peerless (type) handcuff" (as I have seen in at least one collector's book)...though of course that description is misleading & confusing.

and for his item: 7755867560 is the imitation of the new Peerless and I have posted information of this item to this forum months ago.

I remembered when I offered the magnetic cuffs in the forum, I received many emails from "Patrick" asking for contacts of police supply factory in China, I passed him the above sites and I don't know if these 2 incidents are related or not.
