Is it permissable to buy, sell, or trade handcuffs etc. on this site ?

If yes, do people use "PayPal" to do so ?

It happens all the time.
My suggestion is to list what you have and let people email you directly. It saves some hard feelings that might occur if the transaction is more public. It also gives you time to think about what you want to do. Paypal is permissible, but you decide what form of payments you will accept. This is NOT a sale site as such, and you have no protections, like you think you do with ebay.

Hi Rob, I live not far from you, Gananoque (1000islands) I put a set of cuffs on here a week ago and they sold 20 minutes later. It a good site with real nice members, and I think they will gald to look at what you have to offer. Tom

Take Stan's advice, have interested buyers sent you email directly. Don't go too public as you will get emails from people criticizing you making a fortune out of the sale.
