value on towers double lock from the 1930s

i have two pair of hand cuffs, and i was tring to find a value on them. they both are stamped TOWERS DOUBLE LOCK BOTH HAVE THE KEYS AND THE DOUBLE LOCK WORKS ON BOTH. thank you for your time. Sparkle

The Tower double locking cuffs are not particularly rare, but they are really nice to have. I would say that the value with key would run in the $90-$120 range, with the top value assigned only to a really nice pair.
