The joke which you might find funny is boring, I guess you also suspect this as you won't put your real name to your posts, The Dr Evil crap and magnets are your God damn boring. Get over it please.

If I haven't visited here for a while and then see there is a new post to a thread, I would like to spend the time finding out something new or at least interesting and not just reading someone thought of what is funny or not.

I absoultely agree with Ian. I usually do. My question si why would anyone spend $ 103.00 and not know what he is buying. LEARN what cuffs are and what they are worth BEFORE you start buying them. I think this would be true in any area of collecting. You will get burned a lot less often that way.

I had sent the seller a note identifying them as probably Towers, and giving some identification marks for Mattatucks. I guess he didn't want to ammend his posting. <shrug> Perhaps the buyer recognized what they were and bid accordingly. He beat my $37 bid, anyway.

I knew they were tower, about 90% sure from studying pics, etc, BEFORE I bid... just wanted to get confirmation as I am definitely not an expert. thought it would be an easy ID for those here. anyway, they have another pair for sale if anyone is interested.
