This should be good. I thought I had every single U.S. handcuff patent, but I don't have any for this date 100 years ago. They jump from Apr '05 to July '06

Could the clue be that the date was added in Euro version?

Lars, Joe Tanner, Stan and Paul R. (in that order) all placed their final answers. All correctly guessed, or more accurately, knew that the Bean Cobbs needed to blow out the candles on the Birthday Cake today.
That seemed to be an easy one. Maybe I should have just said it had a birthday today without the 107 tip which seemed to give it away.
