W,F Darby Handcuffs on Ebay...Wells Fargo???

Hello all, I was wondering if any of you know who makes these handcuffs on Ebay;

They have "WF Worranted Wrought" underneath the lock opening. I know these are not the initials of a previous owner, but rather a mfgr of somekind because I have a pair identical to them.

Are these Wells Fargo, or could anyone shed light on WHO might of made them, and WHEN were they manufactured? Thanks guys for your response.

I think W.F is a British company with nothing to do with Well Fargo. The cuffs look like a standard British cuff with similar markings. In addition I don't think the Wells Fargo company ever used W.F as a trade mark.

maybe field and sons? they are pretty distinctive, by their thick bows.
