Anyone recognize these handcuffs ?

These handcuffs have no markings other than the number 10 on one cuff.
Unfortunately, they did not come with a key.
The swivel looks broader than any others in my collection.
I know it is very hard to tell for sure, but does anyone recognize anything
distinctive about them that may point to who the manufacturer was ?
