I have this cuff from a police trade marked here in holland
the guy who sell them to me said that his father uses it while he was a police man from 1920 to 1960 he don't know when exactly
he said it is probaly dutch but I don't know
the only dutch darby's I know of are the ball darby's from lips
I guess Guenter has one of these
but I don't know of other dutch darby style cuffs
one thing is for real this is not a cheap copy
no pakistani or other crab
I think more of a german origin or unknown english or amerikan
it is very heavy more than a standard hiatts
