I have one pair of rather crude cuffs that are supposed to be from Iraq. They are shown below.

Dear Joe,

Your Iraqi handcuffs come closer to being a weapon of mass destruction than anything else found from that country so far!

I know you are too humble to boast about it, but I think visitors to The Forum will be interested to know the pair you own were the actual handcuffs used to restrain Saddam Hussein when he was taken into custody.
