harley davidson handcuffs

i'm just trying to start a collection, and i saw some harley davidson handcuffs on e-bay, does anybody know how much they are worth or the quality of these

There are two handcuffs that a collector would consider having in their collection that fall under Harley Davidson.
The first one was made under license by the American Handcuff Co. in the 1980's or 90's.
It is a very nice cuff and is manufactured no differently than the regular model that they sold to police departments and to the military. The only difference was the Harley-Davidson name and logo which was stamped on one side of the cuffs. These sell for $75 - $125 on eBay depending on condition and if they have are sold with the box. The box has no HD markings however.
They had no DOJ approval but were very well suited for duty use.

The second cuff is a cheap Asian cuff that should not be used for duty use even though those who sell it say that they are "official police handcuffs". I believe that this is the cuff that you have seen on eBay recently. When they first came out, I was not certain that these were being manufactured that way as the Logo is a metal plate that is glued onto the cuff. There are plenty of these cuffs being sold so I do not think that one guy is doing this to make a few bucks. The logo plate is very similar to the logo plate that is glued to the 90th anniversary Harley Davidson handcuff key that was given out as a promotional item a dozen years ago.
These cuffs are worth $35- 50 in my opinion.
I have seen a similar cuff with a HOG (Harley Owners Group)logo plate glued on in the same way
