Tower Cuffs, need information

I have a pair of tower handcuffs. They are single lock with the key hole on the side aand the center of the hole is flush. the following patents are on the cuffs. y26.74, p1477, H6578, C679, 5.82
Can anyone tell be the date of these cuffs and what they are worth ?

Unlike some companies Tower removed the patent dates from their cuffs when they expired. Thus is your cuff is likely from the 1880s. In good condition with a working key I would price your cuff at $125 or so, more in excelent condition, but considerably less if you do not have a working key.

i'VE GOT THE SAME PATENTS BUT MINE SAYS "STAMPED" TOWER'S DOUBLE LOCK AND ON THE OTHER CUFF IS STAMPED COUNTY JAIL S.F. I LIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO AND THEY CAME FROM A GARAGE HERE
CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY IDEA AS TOO HOW MUCH THEY MIGHT BE WORTH?
