In My Humble Opinion...
I would place a fair value of your Items at the following values going by the pictures top to bottom..
There are still some unknowns which need to be known such as what the items look like on the side not shown and if the items without keys function properly! For this opinion I'm assuming the item works if a key was provided if the Item does not work and the condition on the opposite side is degraded then the Value is LESS then what I have mentioned..
1.) Your Bean Cobb Pattern Cuff I believe is actually the the Union Hardware produced one which is more scarse then the Bean Cobb Tower one.. Notice the Different connecting link No Swivel Links; Also you have a Finish/Condition issue based JUST upon ONE Side of the Cuff!
I would ask $75.00 US
2.) Mattatuck Handcuffs D Shaped as you put it.. $85.00
3.) Hiatt Darbies w/Key.. Depending upon Size? Ladies/Childs (Small Cuff) Sizes increase the Value Greatly.. $75.00 assuming it's a standard size.
4.) Peerless Hinged Cuffs Modern.. Provided they only have Manufacturers Stamping no other engraving or Id Marks. $25.00
5.) H&R Bean Cobb Leg Irons $150.00 to $225.00.00
6.) Smith & Wesson Model 94 High Security Handcuff has key $75.00
7.) RCS Plug Eight/ w/Key/Plug cover present?? Figure of Eight Cuff W/Key Working $200.00 to $250.00
8.) H&R Arms.. This is the Second Model and More were produced note the grooves in the cuff bows these have a w/Key do they double lock correctly? Roughly $75.00
Again these this is My Opinion ONLY.. But I believe it reflects the current Retail market.. If you were going to list these items for sale you would have to consider a loss in the cost to sell the items.. But I think in the end this is what you could reasonable look at getting.
The H&R Bean Cobb Leg Irons Fluctuate "WILDLY" On Ebay! Over the years I've seen pairs sell for less then $150.00 to as high as $375.00. Some bidders just want an item and the Final PRICE in no Way Reflects the GENUINE VALUE of an item.
Well Let's see if the True Experts on this Board Agree or Disagree.. I could be Wrong in prices???
