H&R Super 123 Questions

I am trying to find out as much as possible on H&R super 123 handcuff, I belive they are the early model Pat#1,984,677. I am looking for keys, the possible value, and the history of the cuffs. There is a lengthy article by some yakky guy in the Handcuffs Annual '06. Should answer most of your questions if you have the patience to read it.

Condition and variants determine the value. Figure out what you've got and watch eBay.
