Unknown Cuffs

I found an old set of cuffs. They look like the pictures of Hiatt Home Office Darby (1900 UK), Firman & Sons (late 1800's UK), and Frogatt Darby (late 1800's UK). The only marking I found on them is "HAR" on both. There might be a "D" or an "O" after the "HAR". They're a little worn. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You have what sounds like a genuine English Darby from an unknown company. ALthough most Darbies were marked, this is not true for all of them. The work you are trying to complete is "HARD", a common quality mark found on the majority of Darbies.
