#1So I found these old handcuffs... Number 9, thats what I call em (thats the number stamped in em). But their eights, plug eights, and their old as hell, and I found them in a small country town in South Carolina. Thats all I Know. Infact I feel I know so little, i'm not even sure what exactly to ask. What now, what can anyone tell me?

Allright I will work on a picture, bare with me. This is not something I do offten. But serious, (provided they are all their cracked up to be) what can you tell me, or how can I find out (things like actual origin, possible use in the U.S. or anything really)?
