I am not into this but came across a pair of old cuffs that are very old. They have a straight bar on the bottum and curved up top. The kep must be inserted into cuff and turned. I have never seen cuffs like these except on tv.
Can someone help me here, I have pictured I uploaded. I recieved these with my great grand mothers affairs.

look like reproduction handcuffs to me. I am no expert, but the dog in the background is probably worth alot more $$$.. don't waste your time or money putting them on ebay as there are already plenty of the repro handcuffs on there now.

If your great great grandmother left a will and it said you were inheriting a pair of antique handcuffs and you were not there to settle the estate.. switcheroo maybe ????

It's difficult to tell from the photos, as they are small and lack detail. They look suspiciously like the $20 Darby knockoffs from India that are flooding eBay.
