Well... DUH! FAKE - FORGERY - COUNTERFEIT Such items are not allowed on eBay, so if you actually HONESTLY state it is a fake, then it gets zapped.

However if you are DISHONEST and don't state that, then the listing is eBay legal.

Wonderful state of affairs isn't it...

Actually, eBay has policies against listings that are not intended to sell. This was pretty clearly an example of that. It was message, and they don't want those in their window.

Still, it was a great message. Bravo Zulu for that one.
