I noticed a pair of Sile handcuffs on ebay (w/ no bids). A Google search didn't provide much info besides links to Sile cuffs on ebay. Anyone know about Sile? Where are they made? Ever used by police? Build quality?

From the picture they are knock offs of the early model S&W mod 90's and look to be alot lessor quality then S&W's.
