No they are not for sale.

This is the second time he has tried to sell whatever he has. The last time the buy it now price was $750. I guess they did not sell at that price.

I went to be bed feeling guilty. My wife has George Nouri on the radio and I can't sleep.

This auction is either an Eastern European or Nigerian scam. They have hijacked an innocent eBay member's ID to run this or else he is an incredible doofus fortified with a huge dollup of dishonesty and greed.

If he ain't got a picture to show, he ain't got the item. After you pay for it you are going to get --- nuthin'.

We see this scam all the time on rifle scopes and binoculars (I've reported dozens of them). They have rooms full of people scanning eBay all the time for new scams. I guess we should be proud that they finally made it to handcuffs.

My challenge to you - who among you has the huevos to up my bid by 50 cents?

Too bad eBay doesn't give a crap.

I wrote to him and asked if he would send me some close up pics of the key hole. I told him that they look exactly like the super rare variation that I have been looking for all my life and now I have found it!
I will start holding my breath for his reply and words of wit.

Gosh, they are gone now. Although he would not ship them and the winner had to pick them up, at least the shipping was free.

Might even have gotten a free copy of a pic of Joe's handcuffs.

I suspect he didn't think handcuff collectors would get all over him. This scam usually works on Rolex watches.

Darn, I was pretty sure I had them this time. Oh well, maybe next time they come up.
