Super Rare Hiatt SpeedCuff Prototype????

Hello All,

Looking at this Ebay auction something caught my eye!

In the second column of the photograph above the one OBVIOUS Hiatt Sppedcuff there is another speedcuff that seems to look like a Hiatt handcuff body but with what appears to be All Metal connecting the two cuffs !! I thought this might be something NOBODY Has seen or has in their collection?? What do you think?

I emailed and asked him to post a better pic of the cuff and to note any markings.

The plastic body has just been removed.

all the cuffs went for 185 GBP that is about 275,00 euro thats about 320,00 american dollars that's a lot of money for cuffs without keys
