I have a nice pair of these cuffs already, but mint in the box is a nice upgrade, so I am happy to buy these from you. You should have payment by Monday or Tuesday.

I will be selling my other pair which is in virtually mint condition. Since they had no box, they may have the usual wear and tear that an unprotected cuff would have. They were not used on duty or saw any hard use. If interested please email me directly.

If anyone knows, please let me know what month and year these cuffs became available and when their production ceased. I appreciate any help on that topic.

Peerless introduced the #400 models in early 1996.

I'm fairly certain that they were discontinued just 1 year later.

I know that chain-handcuffs and a belly-chain were produced, but doubtful about other #400 series models (I haven't seen any others).
