Yes, Mr. Fox, you are right. I was saying this because I found the $100.00 opening bid to be the most outragous thing I have seen in a long while. I buy handcuffs from time to time and I know a little bit about handcuffs and handcuff prices. I just wanted to share a laugh with someone. Sorry if anyone thought I was serious.
