this are real cuffs only it's not a prototype as they call it
this item is the inner parts of a hiatts speedcuff only the plastic cover is removed

The handcuffs on sale on ebay is not really Hiatts Speedcuffs, this is 2 pics of the really Hiatts Speedcuffs. The ebay handcuffs look like Hiatts but is not Hiatts.

These appear similar to what you would find with the Quik Kuf Inc Of Garden City, Kansas.. US Patent 4-840-048 when the plastic rigid body was removed.
