Guys,
Thanks for your input, Mark I look forward to your article,
Not to get off the subject, however, when I first received these cuffs
I went on Google and typed in “Shenyang Handcuffs” the first
few sites I went on didn’t explain about the cuffs, it did give me some
insight about the Government that uses them though.
I wonder what would become of me if I lived there and they knew what
I thought about them?
