The best I can come up with so far is that it is a German Company with offices all over the world. The SRL seems to be related to Italy.

I also searched the net and found the German company, but they don't seem to be related to anything close to a handcuff. The marking is on a handcuff.

everything ending with S.R.L. seems to be in Italy.

I found some South American Companies, including many in Argentina that also have S.R.L. after the name, and these are supposed to come from Argentina. The cuffs are marked AMICRA S.R.L. on the INSIDE of the fixed bows, so it is very hard to see. The ratchet pawl is split and the notches on the movable bow have a split down the center.
