Hiatt Darby Query ?

Hi All
Could anyone throw some light on an old pair of handcuffs for me.
The only marks I can see are HIATT GUARANTEED WROUGHT 35. They are unplated. The key is stamped HIATT No35.
I am considering putting them for sale on ebay but dont have any info on them.
