Yes it is the Rankin.
Piotr Jaros³awski had the first correct answer emailed to me, followed up by Stan 15 minutes later.

Now it looks like Weisenheim did have the right answer even though he ruined everyone else's enjoyment by posting on the forum and not to me personally as requested. His answer was first so, he gets Stan's Czech cuff anyway. Sorry about that but fair is fair.
Since his post did not contain an email address, I sent it to Santa at the North Pole where he can claim it within 30 days.
