I screwed up! This is getting to be hard work.
I meant for the answers to be emailed to me so that others could have a chance to play.

I was thinking of The Lyon Presto and Mattauck or Maltby LegIrons but Steve has introduced another qualifying answer. He is better at this game than I.
Lars knew the second cuff and I hope he gets a Lyon Presto soon...maybe this week!

This one could be tough. I wish the picture was better. This is a rare variation on an otherwise fairly common cuff. Please identify this cuff AND its nationality.

Stan is disqualified as we discussed this cuff recently, but he has offered a 5 minute shopping spree in his cuff room to this questions winner.
The 2 circles at the 2:00 position from the swivel are the keys on a piece of string.

You also might want to remover reference to it by renaming the picture. When you click properties you can see the info, for example:

Lars, since Steve posted the answer on the forum, you win the 10 minute shopping spree at Steves house. Whatever cuffs you can grab and get out the door with is yours to keep. Grab a Berliner or two for me.

I am not questioning you or saying you cheated. I am just pointing out some flaws in the system. I think there is a better way to do it to make it more fair and even playing field. Like making an anouncement that it is going to occur at a certain time and people can go to a specified location.
