I do not know who this seller is but I beg to differ.
What he is offering as leg iron keys are very likely just that.
I have in my own collection a number of ancient European leg manacles that take similiar internally and externally threaded screw keys as what he is offering in multiple auctions.
Further, if you watch German Ebay you will from time to time see ancient leg irons show up there that take the very same type keys.
Nope; this seller is far from "blind".

if you read his auction page it says that he
is legally blind. I have bought keys from him
in the past without any problems.
