#2Difficult to determine a value without a photograph. Firstly are they actually marked HIATT. There are many 'copies' of the Hiatt Flexible pattern handcuffs now available from India or Pakistan.
Hiatt produced 2 models of their flexible handcuffs. Model 124 and 125. They used different type keys, does your set have the original key? Is the key threaded on the outside or internally threaded? Hiatt also sold them in a polished finish and did sell a few nickel plated, what finish do yours have?
Sorry to ask so many questions but their value does depend on these facors.
