Chubb Rigid Cuffs

Have just been speaking to Mike who asked me whether Chubb had or do produce a rigid handcuff. Am I correct in thinking that Chubb did produce a few prototype rigid handcuffs about 3 years ago and supplied them to the Australian Police as a trial?
I am sure somewhere in my archives I have a photo but am not sure. Does anyone else have details?
