Joe Miller Handcuff Book Wanted

HI everyone.
I'm looking to add a book to my collection. I've looked
for it for the past few years. I keep missing copies
that go up for sale. Please, anyone with this book willing
to sell it notify me. I will pay a handsome price.
Or, if you have it but don't wish to part with it, please
