doses anybody know about Bean Giants

There where two special Bean Giants made , at lest I was told so, for Houdini one with an Bramha lock and the other had a post in the keyhole.

Does anybody know where these cuffs are today?

i have never heard of this where did you get the information from. i've heard about the lilly irons. and i know that the mirror handcuffs has a brahma lock in it. but i never heard of a Bean Giant. i also heard that there are some Factory Gaffed ones available. i'm not sure if this is fact or rumor. if you look there appears to be a few different sizes of the Bean cuffs. Does anyone here know when the different sizes were made and when they were made from and what years they were made from. maybe the others here will be nice enough to Help with these Questions.

The Bean Giant was in Dick rench collection sold for many years back.
It was said this Bean Giant where made specially to Houdini to "sink" other escape artists.

Does anybody know when the production on Bean Giants where stopped?

HI,
Yes, one of the pair, with the keyhole post, is in a private
collection in the N.Eastern US. I don't want to give his name
without permission. No bramah-lock Bean Giants are known
to exist. I own what I believe to be a factory gaffed
Bean Giant. The original plating is over the gaff, so
all appears original. I also own a keyhole-post Bean Giant,
but the post is not original and was added later due to a
drilled out larger-than-normal keyhole.

Does Joe tanner know ifthere really was a modified Bean Giant with a Bramha lock? This as I remeberd also was in the Dick Wrench collection.
